What we collect
When you ask for an estimate or book a visit, you give us your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email address. You may also give us your car's details and VIN, your insurance company and claim number, a message and photos of the damage.
How we use it
Only to give you your estimate, confirm and prepare for your visit, repair your car and work with your insurance company on your claim. Your request is sent to us by email. We don't keep a separate database of form entries on this website.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with your insurance company or the other driver's insurance when you ask us to handle your claim, and with a towing company or rental car company when you ask us to arrange one. We never sell your information.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use our website, for example how many visitors ask for an estimate. These tools use cookies. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
